Approach
We work with diverse design opportunities ranging from large scale new build construction to home renovation and remodel projects. Designing or re-designing spaces can feel overwhelming to someone not accustomed to the process, but Bohème’s approachable, down-to-earth design team understands this and operates with a streamlined approach to navigate the design process respecting budgets, timelines and tight deadlines.
We start each project by getting to know our clients and their individual aesthetic and desires - focusing on their goals and aspirations. We then work together to create a cohesive and tailored design plan that meets our client’s needs and their budget. Our background expertise and comprehensive design process allows us to guide clients through every aspect of bringing a fresh new space to life.
Inquiry & Consultation
Initial phone conversation to assess client needs
Scheduling of a complimentary site visit to explore design solutions & envisioned potential of the space(s)
Presentation of a design proposal agreement based on client goals and our recommendations. The design proposal is a flat rate fee based on the scope of the work involved in creating the space.
Design Process
Once the design proposal is agreed upon, we will host you for an in-studio client meeting to present the design proposal and explore and discuss design recommendations, proposed schematics and the project’s design deck. We will guide you through the drawings/renderings and proposed materials at this time. This meeting will help inform any necessary changes to the design plan. Following this meeting we will begin our outreach and selection of contractors to discuss the construction portion of the project if we are overseeing this aspect of the project.
Building/Renovation Phase
Proposed design is in motion - products and relevant vendors have been selected. Your build out or renovation begins, orders are being placed and we’re looking ahead to the final details of potential artwork, accents and decor elements.
